Welcome to Print Farm Manager (“Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by 3 O’Clock Media. By accessing or using our website or purchasing and using the Print Farm Manager application, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Print Farm Manager is provided as a downloadable desktop application designed to assist users in managing 3D printing workflows, including job tracking and filament usage.

You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

When you purchase Print Farm Manager, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through our payment provider, including services such as Lemon Squeezy.

Due to the digital nature of the Software, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

4. Trial Access

We may offer a limited trial period for the Software. During this period, functionality may be restricted. Continued use after the trial period may require a valid license.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not responsible for any data loss, including but not limited to print job records or filament tracking data.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software if you violate these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
